What’s your writing process?
Let me give you a quick rundown of my copywriting process:
First up, I like to have a chat with you to understand your business, target audience, and what you want to achieve with your written copy and see if we’re a good fit. I’ll also provide a quote for my services.
If we’re both keen to go ahead, I’ll ask you to fill out a briefing form as best as you can. Don’t worry too much if it’s a bit tricky, we’ll go through it together in a follow up meeting either over the phone or via zoom.
After this meeting, I’ll get to work. My first step is research, research, research!
I want to know all about your industry, your target market and your competitors.
Next, I’ll start crafting your copy.
After the initial copy is complete, I’ll forward you the copydeck for you to review. This may or may not be accompanied with a wireframe, depending on the service you have chosen.
Next, I’ll make any edits you require and answer any questions you may have.
Finally, I’ll deliver the finished copy to you. Once the final invoice has been settled, the copy belongs to you and you have the freedom to use it as you wish.
What do you charge?
When it comes to my copywriting services, I like to keep things fair and transparent. I'll provide you with a quote before we start the project, so you'll know exactly how much it will cost.

What is your typical timeline for completing a project?
The timeline for completing a project will depend on the scope and complexity of the work, as well as my current schedule. Once we agree on the cost for the project, I'll provide dates for each stage of the project.
What are your terms of payment?
When it comes to projects under $300, I require payment upfront.
For projects over $300, I'll need a little bit of a head start with a 50% deposit.
An invoice will be sent your way after you give the final okay to your copy or if I haven't heard from you in 3 weeks after sending the first draft.
Please make sure to pay the bill on time or let me know if there's an issue.
If you need a little extra time, we can work out a payment plan.

I offer a wireframe package in addition to your copy packages.

Well, a wireframe is like a blueprint for a website, it's a rough sketch that shows you where everything goes and what it will look like on a website.
It's a great tool to help you visualise the end product and make sure everything is in the right place before starting the final design.
